Now that the racks are constructed and have wine in them, they look fine and are stable. But construction was challenging. The timber was not well machined at all, and aligning all the pieces with the metal struts was challenging to say the least. Lots of hammering resulted in damage to some of the timber, which was disappointing. Also - a number of the pieces of timber were not stained properly - some ends were not stained at all, and the end result is rather patchy.
Delivery was also very slow. Fully appreciate that COVID has impacted, but there was no communication about the delay at all. I did get a helpful and friendly response when I emailed to enquire, but even then the info they gave me was not accurate. The request to fill out this review said that my “order was fulfilled 14 days ago”. It arrived 5 days ago.
Really nice product as described and all fitted together well - solid enough too.
All measurements are 'as described' in the advertisement, and once assembled, these fitted nicely into their designated positions.
I can recommend these to 'the handyman' with patience.
The clip on 'neck rests' are a super idea!
Will buy more.

After reading the reviews, stupidly after ordering the cubes, I never thought I would see my money nor product ever!
I ordered the cubes in January and received them in May.
